This medical office in downtown Wilmington did not call because the floor was a disaster. They called because it was slowly becoming a problem. The kind you notice every day but keep putting off. The space was clean. Staff was professional. Patients were coming and going like normal. But the VCT floors were worn down enough that they started standing out in the wrong way.
