We recently completed a furniture cleaning service in Silver Lake near Wilmington that perfectly shows why upholstery cleaning is one of the most overlooked services in a home. At first glance, the three seat sofa looked normal. No major stains. No obvious spills. But once we pointed out the armrests and headrest areas, the buildup was clear. Darkened fabric from body oils, slight discoloration where people sit daily, and a dull appearance that slowly developed over time.

I was invited to a church in Wilmington that needed a full steam cleaning of the pew upholstery before a major weekend service. The staff told me the pews had not been professionally cleaned in quite some time, and they were hoping to refresh the entire sanctuary for their members.
